At a very special event on 15 July 2022 New York composer and pianist Margin Alexander used my work “Head Forward” as inspiration to compose and feature a unique musical piece in an artistic collaboration called “From Brooklyn With Love”.
Life is full of wonderful surprises – “Head Forward” was created not too long ago as I was pondering the content of my art work, it’s shape, size and depth; attempting to find some synergy between many life experiences and some of the wells of understanding I’ve dug as I’ve walked with the Living God. Wells that have sustained me, wells that help me find rich colour in the shadows, clarity of vision in the murky waters, and surety of gait.
